In my freshman year of college, I was chosen to be a part of the costume design team for our Spring musical, Pippin. I spent over twenty weeks working on this production, from start to end of the process. I learned a lot of skills during this time, such as sewing with faux fur, bedazzling, and sourcing costumes for a large ensemble.
